Terms of use

1. Who can use the app

• You are aged 13+.
• If the law where you live requires a parent or guardian’s consent at your age, obtain it before using the app.
• You use your own Google account.

2. Accounts and pairing

• You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account and phone secure.
• Each account can be paired with only one person at a time. Invitations can be used once within 15 minutes; share them only with the person you intend to pair with.
• Either person can unpair at any time. This ends the couple for both people and deletes shared server data.

3. Your content

Your photos, captions, calendar and other content remain yours. You permit us to store, process and deliver them to your partner only as needed to operate the app.

You are responsible for what you send and agree not to use the app to:

• send unlawful content or child abuse material;
• send other people’s private images without their consent;
• harass, threaten or stalk anyone;
• probe, attack, overload or access the system without authorization.

4. Keeping your memories

TogetherWeBe is not a backup service. Server photos are deleted after 30 days; long-term copies stay on your phone and may be lost if you clear app data, uninstall the app or lose your phone. Use Export data to keep a separate copy of important memories.

5. Cost

TogetherWeBe is currently free and may show Google AdMob ads. If we introduce paid plans in the future, separate terms will be published before they take effect.

6. Service and limits of liability

• We work to keep the app stable but provide it “as is”. Service may be interrupted for maintenance or because of network or server failures.
• Features may change, be added or be discontinued over time.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, including loss of memories you have not exported.

7. Stopping use

• You can delete your account in the app at any time. See how to delete your account.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms, particularly for unlawful content or harm to others.

8. Changes, applicable law and contact

When these terms change, we update this page and the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the app after that date means you agree to the new version.

9. Ideas and plans

The Date Jar is shared content: both active partners can edit, delete and complete ideas. Drawing an idea is a local choice; a calendar date is created when you successfully save Make a plan. Links are entered by users and open only when you tap them. You decide whether to visit external websites. Unpairing removes the jar for both partners; export ideas you want to keep first.
